About St. Joseph's School

"I have given you a model to follow, so that as I have done for you, you should also do."  -John 13:15

St. Joseph's Catholic School offers preschool through sixth grade and welcomes all faiths. We are committed to quality instruction and academic achievement for every student.  St. Joseph's provides a quality educational environment which enables each student to recognize his/her individual dignity, faith, and talents as gifts from God to be nurtured, developed, and shared in a Christ-like manner within a Catholic and global community.

Our students consistently demonstrate high academic achievement and go on to excel after they leave with a high percentage making the honor roll in Middle School and High School. Speech/Language and Learning Disability programs are available for our students through WilMac Special Education Unit.

Religious formation is fundamental, and our students participate in the following:
  • Daily Religion Class
  • Weekly Children's Mass led by students
  • Sacramental Preparation for Reconciliation and First Communion
  • Weekly Advent and Lenten Prayer Services
  • Community Service Projects
  • Rosary and Penance Services

Our families are invited to participate in their child's educational experience. To facilitate this, a weekly newsletter is provided for each family. We also have a very active Parent-Teacher Organization.

Our school traditions and activities are enjoyed by both students and the community. Some of these include:
  • Prayer Partners
  • Class Field Trips
  • Fall Festival
  • Student Assemblies
  • Reading Month
  • Geography and Spelling Bees
  • Graduations
